General description:
XGF series linear 3-in-1 filling monoblock, combined with rinsing, filling and capping. It is innovated and designed in the requirement of still pure water and mineral water in big jars, on the bases of introducing, digesting and absorbing advanced technology from Germany and Italy.
 
Technical Feature :
1.     Bottle neck clamping by gripper turnover 180 degree for rinsing .
2.     Filling valve adopt flow sensor with accurate filling level. Bottle mouth no contact filling valve, avoid pressure cause bottle deformed .
3.     Capper adopt magnetic cap screw, no bottle no cap release .
4.     Stainless steel conveyor with long service life.
5.     Imported bearing ,centralized lubrication system.
