1,  General description
This CIP system is controlled automatically. All cleaning parameters (cleaning time, acid and alkali concentration, cleaning agent temperature, cleaning mode) can be set on touch screen. When doing cleaning, user appoints equipment to be cleaned and chooses cleaning mode (3-step or 5-step) to start the system, and then the CIP system will finish cleaning process automatically according to preset program and can recycle acid, alkaline, water respectively.
This system has functions of automatic feed water, acid and alkaline, automatic temperature adjustment, temperature, concentration, liquid level, simulating flow state and alarm with sound and light. It also has automatic and manual function. All parameters can be modified on touch screen. Manual function and parameter modification has password protection.
This system can clean two pipes at the same times.

2,  The machine features
1)    Automatic temperature control: It controls steam flow rate adjusting valve by values detected by the outlet temperature probe to ensure cleaning temperature within the permissible range (control accuracy±2ºC).
2)    Automatic switch for cleaning agent supply and self-circulation: realized by the 3-way valve at cleaning agent outlet.
3)    With flow meter: the cleaning flow speed can be ensured by observing flow meter value.
4)    Dose chemicals by pneumatic diaphragm valve.
5)    Sample valve and manual valves to be operated frequently are fixed on control panel which is convenient for operator.
6)    CIP The outer joints of CIP system adopt unified water feed and discharge structure which is convenient for observation.
7)    All tanks and recycle pipe equip a sample valve which is convenient for manual detection for cleaning agent concentration.
8)    All cleaning technical parameters can be set on touch screen in electric control cabinet. The system does cleaning automatically according to preset program. Several types of program have been set and user can choose it according to requirement.
9)    All valves have to be turned on manually.
