1.The device overview
1) This degassing system is connected in the automatic tubular UHT which controls degassing temperature homogenization machine.By injecting the product into the vacuum cylinder, it greatly expands the product degassing surface.
2) Before the degassing, the product is heated to 55 to 80 degrees and is made to inject at this temperature and under vacuum, and boiling point is 55 to 80 degrees under vacuum circumstance. The decomposition of the gas is completely freed at sudden boiling.
3) Vaporized aromatic substances (about 1% of the product) together with the gas is condensed in the consolidated aroma recovery unit and recycled to the product in order to ensure the best quality of the products.
