Preform feeding system

Adopts single-channel preform feeding and servo motor control preform separation, which is fast and accurate, effectively solving
the problems of stuck preforms, leaky preforms and wear between preforms.

Heating system

Rotary blow molding machine mode for heating and transportation, it can reduce energy consumption and improve the speed and quality of heating.

Chilled water circulation system

There is a cooling water channel under the heating box. When the preform is heated, the cooling water channel is used to block the
heat of the lamp and protect the teeth from deformation. Chilled water flows to the mold to quickly cool the mold and improve the
production efficiency of the machine.

Mold system

Using high-pressure mold locking technology, there is no mold expansion and the mold closing line is thin. The mold adopts a
drawer-type structure and is positioned with four fixed tie rods on the back plate of the mold. It can be easily replaced within
half an hour.

Stretch and blow system

The cycle time of the first blow and the second blow can be adjusted, and each stretch rod can be adjusted individually according
to the customer's different preforms and different bottle types, providing high flexibility.

Electronic control system

has complete monitoring and sensing settings. It has fault diagnosis functions and automatic calculation report functions to
