1.Description:
3-in-1 filling machine, combined with rinsing, filling and capping. It is innovated and designed in the requirement of still pure water and mineral water, on the bases of introducing, digesting and absorbing advanced technology from Germany and Italy.
2.Main features:
1)Rinser
Spring cramps are used in the bottle washing process. The empty bottles can be turned over 180° along the conveying rail. There are two times of internal and external washing, the efficiency of bottle washing is high.
Rinsing machine adopts Sunswell original OVERTURN and double-opened bottle clip. Bottle clip lock the bottleneck, the material of bottle clip is SUS304, which is hygienic and durable.
Bottle clip equipped with efficient spray-on nozzle. The extrusive droplet with 15° angle ensures to wash all side of the bottle, and can save the water.
Made of stainless steel of super quality.
Equipped with bottle jam protection device.
2)Filler
The design of filling structure is reasonable and hygiene with no dead angle.
the run of equipment is stable, it can control the material from the bottleneck.
the control accuracy is within ± 2mm (subject to bottle design).
The filling valve material is SUS304.
The filling system has liquid level automatic control.
Filling valve lift is controlled by the valve elevator, after filling valve contact the bottleneck, it start to fill.
Bottle is conveying by the wheel in the filling part.
3) Capper
Screw capping machine is the most precision part in the 3in1 machine, it has a big influence to the goods stability and defective rate. Our screw capping has following feature:
A Magnetic constant torque capping head ensures stability and controls defective rate of capping less than 0.2%.
B Cap dropping rail equips a group of photoelectrical switch for reverse cap detecting. When lack of cap, machine will be stopped automatically.
C Bottle infeed detecting switch works with the pneumatic cylinder on cap starwheel to avoid feeding cap on no-bottle condition

3.Technical features
1) It is adopted direct connection between air conveyor and inlet starwheel instead of screw and conveyor chains,which is easier for bottle changing.
2)There is no need to adjust the height of equipments through neck holding tech for bottle transportaion.And it is only need to change some spare parts .
3) High speed and large flow filling valve assures the high filling speed and precise fluid level.
