Low-level gantry palletizer
Summary: The palletizer is used to stack the film packages that have been loaded into the container on the pallet in a certain

Process:

 Membrane package conveyor
 The membrane packages are forced to be turned or transported according to the set arrangement to achieve the purpose of sorting
and sequencing.
Sorting device
The supply conveyor belt pushes the sorted first row of cartons into the lifting device with a cylinder, and then pushes them
into the second and third rows in turn to form a sorting layer.
  Automatic palletizing device
When the cartons are arranged in a certain order to form a group (layer), the elevator carries the ordering layer up and moves
forward to the top of the palletizing device, and is placed steadily on the pallet (or the previous ordering layer) to form
automatic palletizing. The palletizing device relies on a variable frequency motor and chain to complete its ascent, descent, and
forward (backward) movement.
  Pallet part
  Pallet supply device
 The pallet warehouse can stack 10-12 empty pallets and supply pallets to the stacking device regularly according to program
requirements. It is powered by a separate motor.
  Pallet output device
 When a pallet reaches the number of stacking layers, a signal is sent to push the solid pallet out of the stacking section. The
solid pallet is sent to the designated location via the removal conveyor belt.

Film cutting system:
Adopt heating wire to cut the film.
After the film is cut, the tail of the film is fused by heat sealing, and the film tail is 30mm.
Before cutting the film, the film clamping mechanism pulls the wrapping film down about 200mm to make the hot stamping point
firmer and more beautiful.
Blowing device: When the packaging starts, the tail clamped by the film clamping mechanism will be released. At this time, the
blowing device will start to blow up the film tail, and use the wrapping film that is rotating to wrap the tail without leaving
any tail film.
If the stretch film breaks or there is no film during the packaging process, the machine will automatically stop and alarm.
The lifting mechanism adopts worm gear reduction motor and inverter control. The lifting frame is fixed on the inside of two
columns. The guide sliding device adopts linear guide rail, which is stable, self-lubricating and noiseless. The translation
mechanism adopts upper and lower tube guide, which is made of high-strength wear-resistant nylon roller skates, durable and easy
to install.
A conductive slip ring cover is added on the top of the rocker machine to prevent dust particles from entering, which greatly
improves the working environment of the conductive slip ring and extends the service life of the conductive slip ring.
Strengthened conductive slip ring shaft and tapered roller bearing components enhance the safety of the entire rocker machine. The
rocker arm column is made of the optimal 150*150*6T square tube, taking into account the deformation resistance and deadweight.
