Q3: What is your delivery time?
A3: Typically 30-60 working days depending on the machine. Water machines are faster, carbonated beverage machines take longer.
Q4: How is my machine installed upon arrival? What are the costs?
A4: We will dispatch engineers to your facility for installation and operator training if required. Alternatively, you may arrange for engineers to train at our factory. You cover airfare, accommodation, and our engineers' wages at $200/day/person.
Q5: How long does installation take?
A5: It depends on the machine and factory conditions. If everything is ready, it takes approximately 10 to 25 days.
Q6: What about spare parts?
A6: We will send sufficient spare parts for easily damaged components free of charge for one year. For additional parts, we recommend purchasing them separately and shipping via international courier like DHL, though this can be quite expensive.
Q7: What is your warranty?
A7: We offer a one-year warranty and lifetime technical support. Our service also includes machine maintenance.
Q8: What are your payment terms?
A8: 30% T/T advance payment, with the balance due before shipment. Letters of credit are also accepted.
