General introduction
Empty bottles are transferred by conveyor chain to variable pitch screw for sorting,after that use star wheel to transfer bottles to ionic gas rinser. After rinsing by ionic gas, the bottle is transferred to the bottle-support pad of filling machine. Tightly protected weight sensors are installed on the back side of bottle-support pad. Peel weighting before filling. Change to low flow filling when it is approaching to predetermined volume, weight-sensor will send signal to filling valve to stop filling after reaching predetermined volume. Filled bottles will be transferred to capping station by transition star wheel, then reset weight-sensors for followed filling. Capping heads keep revolution and rotation, realize complete capping process by cam. Finally filled bottles will be transferred to next process by star wheel.
Main feature
Machine is well design with complete control system and high automation, control it automatically when lack of bottle, reversed bottle, full bottle and blocked bottle happen. Filling will stop when there is no bottle, caps and bottles will not be fed in when filling valve breakdown.
Machine base adopts welded structure. For convenience, sumps are equipped around base to collect and drain slops.
Adopts bottle-support pad and screw to feed in bottles, few parts are needed to change when change bottle type. Flexible structure is adopted to protect weight-sensor from being destroyed by fed-in bottles. Use slanting bottle check to prevent filling valve to open when bottle is slanting.
Height of filling and capping station can be adjusted automatically.
Machine adopts the structure design with corrosion resistance, long life and free of lubrication.
Adopt ion generator to produce ionic gas to treat and wash exiguous dust in inner of the empty bottle.
Machine adopts weight-sensor filling mechanism, weight-sensor is sensing the filling process for stoping filling process by closing filling valve when it reach predetermined volume with fast response , high filling precision.
Controlling intelligentized filling process automatically to avoid leakage of oil when the bottles is disformed or broken.
Filling valves adopt the double stroke cylinder to realize high-low speed switch for precise filling.
For the convenience of equipment maintenance and service, forepart of filling valve is equipped with sanitary manual butterfly valve.
Machine is equipped with oil recover device, oil can be drained to specified place for terminal discharge and product oil change.
Torque of capping heads are stable to ensure the quality of caps.
Overload protection is used for bottle fed-in-out star-wheel and transition star wheel to ensure operation.
Adopts touchscreen for operation, all the operation information are displayed on the screen clearly.
All main electrical apparatus elements from well-known brand to ensure excellent operation.
