1.Main description
The bottle in air conveyor is transfered to bottle washing machine in proper distance by star wheel which has the function of separating bottles. Rinser is equipped with stainless steel bottle gripper on the turning table. Bottle clipper clamps bottlenecks along a rail to turn 180 ° to make bottle mouth down. In the specific area of rinser, bottle inner wall of is washed by water from nozzle. After being washed and dried, bottle is held by clipper and goes down along the rail to overturn 180 ° again.The rinsed bottle transferred by the starwheel from rinser to filler.In the filling machine the bottle mouth will be held by bell-shaped cover frame.The bottle will be raised by the lifting air cylinder to contact the valve,the beer pipe will reach the bottom of bottle and inject the CO2 to drve out the air The inspect switch will sense the guide bar of the bell-shaped cover frame and send the bottle signal to open the beer valve and the air valve,when the CO2 valve opens ,the CO2 on the beer tank top will be inject the bpttle tiil forming the isobaric conditin.Then the beer valve open to fill,it wil stop filling automatically when the liqiud level reaches the height of air back pipe,the valve shut-off mechanism closes the beer valve and the air valve,then exhaust,the whole fillling process is over. After filling the bottle mouth falls and leaves filling valve, and the bottle goes to capping machine through the star wheel. Anti-rotary knife of the capping machine will grip bottleneck parts to keep the bottle upright and prevent it from rotating. Capping head maintains moving while rotating around the cappong machine to achieve cap catching, cap sleeving, and cap breaking-off for the whole capping process. Finished bottle will be transferred to bottle-out star wheel out of the filling machine
2.Main features
1) PXGF50-50-12 rinsing-filling-capping 3-in-1 machine is for the PET bottle beer fiiling.
2) The air conveyor is connected directly with the bottle-in star wheel,the bottle-in star-wheel is designed by a bottle mouth grisper with bottle -seperated function,bottle transmission in the machine use a technology of grasping the neck.
3) Durable stainless steel bottle gripper, with no contact of bottle screw part to avoid secondary pollution of bottle mouth
4) Use of efficient spray nozzles, rinsing water at a set angle to wash any part of the inner wall of the bottle, which can rinse thoroughly and save water
5) The rinsing grisper and bottole elevating mechanism use Germany igus corrosion-resistant and maintenance-free bearings,no grease can avoid polluting the bottle and material in the bottle ,even the filling environment
6) The filling machine is equiped with the long-pipe valves ,they are equiped out ,no interference when machine is running,to ensure the stablity,the tank inner is polished well,to ensure the cleaning effect.

7) Using analog liquid level detection components and precision valve control for the liquid level of filling tank,the liquid level signal from probe control the open angle of the aerodynamicmembraneregulator on the main pipe to ensure the precision of the filling tank liquid level,avoiding the liquid level fluctuation when add the filling material.
8) The SIP process with hot water on the filling machine,to meet the requirements of clean filling.
9) Equipped with long pipe CIP cleaning cup and cleaning cam,ensure the every passage the material through will be totally clean .
10) Capping head with magnetic torque device to ensure capping quality and torque requirements
11) Bottle-out using bottle support transmission, bottom plate tray is a downward spiral curve, no need to adjust the height of machine and bottle-out conveyor in bottle shape changing,the time cost for the bottle changing is less.
12) Machine equiped with imported Germany Beka centralized lubrication device, self-lubrication on every points
13) The machine is adaptable for carbonated beverage and drinking water filling by easily change some parts.
