Specially designed for large bottle, applied for bottle 3L-10L.
General description
The water line is composed of separate rinsing, filling and capping units. It is innovated and designed in the requirement of still pure water and mineral water in big jars.
Working principle
Rinser
When empty bottles are pushed to working stations(controlled by PLC) via bottle feeding conveyor, the bottles will turn 180.for automatic rinsing. After rinsing, the bottles turn 180.again and are pushed to conveyor by cylinder and then pushed to filler.
Filler
When rinsed bottles are pushed to working stations(controlled by PLC) via bottle feeding conveyor and enter bottle blocking stations, the cylinder will bring filling valves to do automatic filling. After filling, the filling valves will return to original position and bottles will be pushed conveyor by cylinder. Then the bottles will be fed to screw capper via conveyor.
Capper
When filled bottles are pushed to working stations via bottle feeding conveyor , they will enter bottle blocking stations for capping. After capping, the bottles will be pushed conveyor for outfeed.
