This project is a water treatment system including related equipment, piping, valves, instruments and so on.
According to the information provided by users (influent is groundwater), we adopt the most advanced and economical technology to ensure the effluent of the system can meet the requirement of service.
According to the water quality report ,we can modify or adjust the treatment process ,so that the effluent of the system can finally meet the nation's standard.
2,Process:
Rwa water→Raw water tank→Pump→Filter(Quartz Sand\Active Carbon\Precision\Security)→Pump→One-stage Reverse Osmosis→Middle tank→Pume→Two-stage Reverse→Pure water tank→Pump→Ozone sterilization→Pump→Titanium filter
3,Main Compoents And Function Description
Raw water tank:To solve the problem of unstable water pressure and reduce the mechanical failure caused by the frequent startup and unstable water pressure during the pump working.
Quartz sand filter:It is used as the pretreatment of RO equipment and ultrafiltration equipment, mainly for the interception and adsorption of sediment, colloid, metal ions and organic matter.
Active carbon filter:The internal structure is the same as quartz sand filter.After activate carbon filtration, residual chlorine in water can be reduced to 0.1mg/L.
Precision (Safety)Filtration:Use 5us melt jet filter element,it can remove fine particles to create conditions for RO water inflow.
Pump:Provide the power for reverse osmosis operation.
RO Systerm:It is the core components of RO equipment, Membrane separation technology is applied to effectively remove charged ions, inorganic substances, colloidal particles, bacteria and organic substances in water.It is the best equipment in preparation of high pure water, desalination of brackish water and wastewater treatment.Widely used in electronics, medicine, food, textile, chemical, power generation and other fields.

I. Before machines are delivered into your factory, your esteemed company need to prepare the water, electricity, etc...When machines reached at your factory, engineers from Sunswell will go to your factory within two week, to finish the machines installation and train your staffs. |

I. For the machines operation & maintenace troubleshooting, you completely don't worry about that. When all machines have been manufacturered, Sunswell will take the video about machines operating, then show that to you. |
| II. You are welcome to come to visit Sunswell factory, and see the machine running. |
| III. If we get the permission of the customers who have bought the machines from us, we can provide you their contact information and you can go and visit. |
| D. Payment term |
30% T/T in advance as deposit, and the balance be cleared before shipment |
