Product Description
1) Convulsion and curtain are installed at the bottle inlet to isolate air between inside and outside of the machine, so as to prevent irritant gas inside the machine from escaping and air outside from polluting the inside cleaning environment.
2) Each rotating part adopts the flume sealing construction to prevent the sterilizing solution from corroding the bearing and other transmission parts.
3) Centralized lubrication system is used. Parameters like frequency, time interval and lubrication quantity can be set accordingly on the touch screen.
4) The transmission system uses the motor (SEW, Germany) to drive, and cardan shaft, reducer and gearing altogether combine the whole transmission system.
5) Rinsing machine (sterile water) adopts the electric control method. Pneumatic controlled membrane valve (GEMU, Germany) is used in rinsing pipe, and the opening and closing of the rinsing valve is precisely controlled by PLC system.
6) The interval rinsing style is adopted to rinse the PET bottle. The spraying lasts for several seconds and stops for sterilized solution discharged and then spraying for the second time to ensure the chemical solution is thoroughly cleaned away. Rinsing and draining time can be set on the touch screen.
7) Pneumatic membrane valve and electric control system of the sterile water rinsing are all installed outside the sterile isolation area, which is convenient for customer to observe and maintenance, and also reducing the sterile space area.
8) The aseptic filling system adopts non - contact filling method which can prevent the second pollution. Filling valve is the pneumatic membrane valve (GEMU, Germany), with high precision magnetic flow meter filling method, which can realized the open and close of the valve.
9) Magnetic flow meter, pneumatic membrane filling valve and electric control system are installed outside the sterile insulation area, which is convenient for customer to observe and maintain, and reducing the sterile space area.
10) The filling valve uses the slow flow device , which can prevent bubbling and overflowing.
11) Automatic CIP cleaning cup is equipped on the filling valve, the whole CIP cleaning can be done under the control of PLC system.
12) Sealing element of rotating joint uses the product from Busak + Shamban, the sealing effect of which is reliable. Between the channel of sterile air and sterile product liquid in the rotating joint, the flowing sterile water or clean steam will be treated as the protective screen to prevent the cross contamination.
13) Moving parts of the capping machine uses ceramic bearing with lubrication free function, also the parts can be cleaned and sterilized.
14) The bottle - out adopts the multi star wheel method to prevent the bottle - out conveyor being contacted with the filling machine. Air outside the machine can be insulated by effective insulating curtain device. At the same time, the curtain can prevent air outside the machine from entering the filling line and irritant gas inside the filling line from escaping to the outer environment.
15) The online disinfectant spraying is installed on the bottle - out conveyor.
16) All draining pipes on the surface of the machine are equipped with rack and flume sealing protection device, so as to prevent the impurities from jamming the drainage and the air outside the filling line from entering the sterile environment.
17) The operating environment is equipped with sterile insulation system, sterile repairing gloves, sterile (item) transferring device, imported foam cleaning system and sterilization solution spraying and stifling system.
18) The electricity cabinet is made of stainless steel 304.
19) Touch screen is adopted. Speed, count, fault category, fault spot can all be displayed on the screen. Parameter of the flow meter can be set and corrected on the touch screen, which is convenient for customer to use.
20) Main electric components use global brands: frequency inverter, PLC, touch screen, photoelectric switch, relay are all procured from MITSUBISHI, OMRON and DIGITAL.
21) All pneumatic components are procured from FESTO (Germany).
