The gable top cartons produced by our company are composed of aluminum laminated cardboard and printing ink.
The aluminum laminated cardboard is imported from USA and its structure is 6 layers of combination of PE (16g)-paper base (324g)-aluminum (19g)-joint layer (12g)-PE (38g), which is used for liquid food packaging such as water, milk, juice, coffee, wine and shelf life can achieve 12 months at ambient temperature.
The cardboard has features of high cleanliness, good appearance (good brightness, whiteness and good smoothness), stable function, high standing, good seal and good durability.
The paper base of the cardboard adopts three layers structure: the surface layer and bottom layer adopt high-density and high-smoothness Tsugachinensis fiber; middle layer adopts high-thickness douglas fiber. The PE layer provides effective heating adhesive characteristic and effective resistance for liquid leaking. The aluminum has function of oxygen resistance and isolation. The environmental standard has achieved and exceeded the standard of U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. The fiber is from renewable forest.
The ink is imported from Euope, non-toxic and unharmful. The product complies with Environmental Directive of FDA and EU.
