Air Conveyor

General description
Air conveyor is horsed on the floor, with fan installed on the top. Air filter is positioned at every entrance of air fan,
to prevent dust blown into bottles. Bottles are blocked on the neck in the conveyor and transported into filling machine by blowing power.
All are made of stainless steel ANSI304, except the horses, board of plastic and nylon.

Bottle Conveying System

1. Stable conveying, using synchronous chasing control between the conveying belt and engine, making bottles in good condition in the conveying: non-falling, non-block, non-jam. And the cushion platform can be set before labeling machine, when the label is changed , the filling machine can keep working , no need to stop and waiting. The filled product during this period will be stored by the cushion, when label changing is finished , labeling machine will label the stored product in a high speed , and  producing speed recovered. 
2. Conveying belt is designed by module, component can be interchanged easily, structure is compact, noise is little, easy assembling and maintaining, have flexibility to combine the bottle type according to the different capacity.
3. The design of electrical control is advanced and rational, we can design the control method , select the electrical control component according to client's layout, to improve the conveying stablity
4. Set the switch according to conveying system layout or customer reasonable requirement, for the convenience of operation.
5. Belt lubricating system is equipped

Air Blow Dryer
General description
The fast blowing air from the blow of the high-pressure fan is sprayed out of an aperture, to remove the remaining waters from bottles to a high extent. The aperture is side-positioned to blow all sides of bottles with fast flowing air.

General description
The new CO2 laser code printer is a highly integrated, compact, easy to operate and cheap to use and maintain.It is not only applicable to the carton, food, medicine industry in the simple marking code application, but also very suitable for the beverage industry production date marking, and optimize the use in the beverage industry.
 

OPP BOPP Hot glue labeling machine
The containers are picked up by the infeed starwheel and transferred to the container table. The container rotation begins when they are positioned between container plates and centering bells.
The speed of the feed roller is adjusted to the required label length for continuous web tension. A standard threading unit ensures optimal film feed. In the cutting unit, the labels are precisely cut while a PLC command and servo-motor provide an exact cut-off point.
Two narrow strips of hot melt glue the labels together, which are applied by a heated glue roller to the leading and trailing label edges. The label with the glue strip on its leading edge is transferred to the container. This glue strip ensures an exact label positioning and a positive bond. As the container is rotated during label transfer, labels are applied tightly. Gluing of the trailing edge ensures proper bonding.
Process:  Infeed bottle → pre-position →label cutting → gluing → labeling → label by press out → finish
