1,the technical characteristics (we have a national patent for homogenizer (high pressure pump) technical characteristics):
1) Lubrication
High-pressure oil-proof hose is used. And forced injectable and splash combined lubrication system, in the same production conditions, can make the oil temperature maintain relatively stable temperature, which can produce a better lubricating effect with thick oil viscosity; while using circulating cooling systems, the temperature of the gearbox and lubrication oil consumption can be greatly reduced. (Note: Forced Injection System is also known as anti-lock system, which is injected directly into central bush by high-pressure oil-proof hose, making contact surface between bush and crankshaft form a lubricating surface, changing the traditional way with no direct oiling lubrication between the contact surface which leads to defects resulting from excessive temperature in gearbox.
2) gearbox
Crankshaft is made from ductile iron alloy and special alloy steel, which is wear-resistant with long performance life; crank drive is equipped with Hough-type, intermediate support structure (good enough to avoid the accumulated stress generated by the crankshaft for working long time), which is modular with reasonable structure and easy maintenance; low-speed helical gears is used in drive shaft and crankshaft, which produces low noise with good stability. Gearbox cover is equipped with O-type seals, which has good sealing effect. Gearbox oiling can be simple and convenient.
3) Wearing-vulnerable parts
Homogenizing valve, check valve and the plunger are made of special alloy steel, which is resistant to abrasion and shock, long service life with long life performance and can adapt to any disinfection process (including CIP). In particular circumstances, homogenizing valves and check valve can be equipped with Tungsten alloy steel, which can adapt to any disinfection process. Various sealing materials are non-toxic, resistant to wear and high temperature with long life performance. (Note: homogenizing valves, check valves, plunger and sealing parts have reached the international advanced level and there is no need to import such parts) replacement of wearing-vulnerable parts can save worry, effort and trouble (replacement of the plunger, piston sealing rings and other parts needs no disassembly of the pump).
4) pump body shape structure
With a square press cover and high strength, pump body high-pressure sealing can have better sealing. Cap fastening nuts are beautifully and harmoniously shaped. Pump valve body and material channel section are in line with food hygiene standards and pharmaceutical standards. Loose connector is used in pipe fittings to connect pumps and valves, which is easy for pipes installation and removal. Pump valve body have undergone a special solution heat treatment, which enhances pump valve body flexibility and improves long life performance.
5) models
The homogenizer (high pressure pump) are equipped with horizontal models and good stability, the cover made of 304 stainless steel and frame made of steel structure and good stability. (Note: the front and the sides are equipped with movable door, operation, and repair and maintenance do not need to remove the cover with the cover without burrs or sharp mouth)
6) Energy
Based on the design of low power consumption and high efficiency, Jin Zhu homogenizer (high pressure pump) can have significant energy saving effect in the same production conditions by forced cooling injection systems. (For example: General 5000-30 motor power is 55KW, while Jin Zhu homogenizer (high pressure pump) JZH5000-30 motor power is only 45KW with low friction coefficient and high mechanical efficiency, which greatly reduces the homogenizer (high pressure pump) using costs.)
