Function introduction:
(1) By adding nitrogen to aluminum cans and pure water, the internal pressure is increased, oxygen is removed, the weight of the bottle is reduced, and you can use lightweight bottles.
(2) Vacuum (less than 1×10-5mba) insulation and heat preservation - ultra-low daily evaporation, reducing operating costs.
(3) The nozzle adopts dry nitrogen positive pressure protection (nozzle blanketing system) to prevent the entry of external air and cause frost and ice blockage inside the nozzle, achieving true ice-free. At the same time, the liquid nitrogen flow and direction are kept stable and will not change due to the positive pressure of the clean room or the wind generated by the high-speed filling and sealing.
(4) The liquid nitrogen level is controlled by a liquid level probe and a vacuum pneumatic low-temperature proportional control valve to maintain a stable liquid level and improve the filling accuracy. With this probe liquid level control, the supply pressure of liquid nitrogen can reach up to 7bar. When the float control is used, the liquid nitrogen supply pressure should not exceed 1.5bar. If it exceeds, the float will be damaged, and in serious cases, the entire machine will be scrapped.
(5) By reading the speed of the filling and sealing machine, the filling amount (valve opening %) is automatically compensated and adjusted according to the pre-set program.
(6) Single soft filling is used to reduce the rebound, splashing, evaporation and boiling of liquid nitrogen during individual filling. Reduce the loss of liquid nitrogen; reduce the production of high-pressure and low-pressure products, and save costs.
(7) It has two languages, Chinese and English, which can be switched at any time.
(8) It has a gas-liquid separator function to keep the outlet as pure liquid nitrogen. No additional gas-liquid separator is required.
(9) It has the function of automatically tracking the speed and position of the filling and capping machine.
(10) It has the function of communicating with the filling and sealing machine.
(11) In the case of speed changes, the filling flow will be automatically adjusted. The flow rate adjustment, i.e. the percentage of valve opening, will automatically switch according to the preset menu, ensuring that when the speed changes, the actual filling amount will be automatically changed according to the parameters set during trial production, so as to achieve different filling amounts and ensure that the product pressure is uniform at different speeds, within ±0.1bar.
(12) Advanced and scientific liquid inlet valve design, with bellows compensator and air seal device, to extend the service life of the machine.
(13) Adopting a unique valve needle design with pressure reducing device to reduce the filling pressure.
(14) Minimum wearing parts, the valve needle life is more than 20 years, no need to replace.
(15) Minimum wearing parts, high-speed electron gun has a service life of more than 10 years and does not need to be replaced, and the filling life is 500 million times.
(16) The electron gun has a higher filling accuracy than traditional cylinder control, and the accuracy is 5 times that of cylinder control.
(17) The electron gun has a higher valve opening speed than traditional cylinder control, with a response speed of up to 4ms.
(18) Rapid temperature return and water removal function is very important in the production process, which can save a lot of maintenance time and avoid delaying production.
(19) In addition to positive pressure protection, the filling port also has a temperature control system. Stable filling port temperature is the basis for stable filling volume.
(20) Unique inlet flow control function, the most simple and efficient flow adjustment function among domestic peers, and the adaptability to front-end pressure exceeds that of imported similar equipment.
(21) Ultra-high vacuum ensures that the loss is reduced to less than 0.5 liters per hour.
