1, General Introduction
The robot palletizer uses advanced software technology, which reaches the international standard. The palletizer is used to stack the filled (bottle) carton on the pallet orderly, which is suitable for beer, beverage production line.
2, Main Characteristics

e) Reasonable structure: the machine consists of rational mechanical structure, reliable pneumatic control device and advanced electrical control technology. The technology is advanced and the structure is simple.
f) Safe and reliable: Except the safe cover and nest, photoelectric protection device is installed. The machine can be shut off when workers enter the danger area.

3, Equipment Structure
1) Carton Catching Platform
a) The adjustable case block device is installed, this device is made up of gantry screw on the frame, two sliding optical axis rail and bearing, and adjust lever which can adjust the catching position.
2) Gripper
a) The gripper uses overdraught structure of the pallet, with paperboard absorb function. The frame is made of aluminium alloy, which is light, and high tolerance. The imported linear rail is equipped, with sliding more stable. Moreover, the clapboard absorbing function is available
3) Body of the Robot
a) Precise movement according to the pre-set locus, through TrueMove technology
