CGF series mineral water filling machine and packaging machinery is a self-developed new product by our R&D department to meet the requirement of multi-usage demands for our customers.

 The water filling machine is consisted of ringsing-filling-caping all together. It can fill mineral water, pure water and distill water etc. CGF water filling machine adpots the suspension design. It allows the machine to fill different type of the bottles. It is normally used as drinking water filling machine. However, it can also be used for fill PET bottle with fruit juice and tea at high temperature by simply change tha valve. It can be connected with our others machines to form the water filling machine and packaging machinery production line.

Machine Frame

The machine frame is a welded structure of high quality carbon steel with the surface anti-rust treated and coated. The machine frame is wrapped with stainless steel sheet.

Driving system of the 3-in-1 Unit is positioned under the machine table. One main motor provides driving power via gear transmission.

The gear transmission system is an interleaved arrangement of steel gears and nylon gears.

The output shaft of the main motor is equipped overload protection to secure machine safety.

Introduction for Conveyor System

The bottle conveyor is an essential supporting component matched with our 3-in-1 rinsing-filling-capping monoblock production line. Constructed with durable plastic slat chain and green guard edge strip, it steadily transports filled PET water bottles after capping from the filling machine to the subsequent packaging station. The conveyor runs smoothly with low friction, effectively avoiding bottle tipping, jamming and scratch damage during continuous high-speed conveying. Its speed can be synchronously adjusted with the main filler machine via the central control panel to match different production capacities ranging from 3000BPH up to 15000BPH. Modularized structure allows easy disassembly, cleaning and maintenance, fully complying with food-grade sanitation standards for drinking water production.

PRODUCTION WORKFLOW

We provide full turnkey bottled beverage production solutions covering the whole manufacturing workflow from raw water processing to finished product packaging. The whole production flow runs as below: First, raw water passes through the Water Treatment System to reach food-grade drinking water standard. Then preforms are shaped into empty PET bottles by the Blow Molding Machine. Next, the ready bottles go into Filling Machine (3-in-1 rinsing-filling-capping) for washing, filling and sealing. After capping, finished bottles move to the Labelling Machine for automatic sticker labeling, then enter the Packaging System for final packing. Besides discrete standalone equipment, we also supply advanced Blowing-Filling-Capping CombiBlock, an integrated compact unit that combines bottle blowing, filling and capping together to save factory space and improve production efficiency greatly. We can customize partial machines or full complete production line based on clients' actual capacity and factory layout.
