The machine for glass bottle integrates the function of rinsing, filling and capping together, designed according to filling processing demands of carbonated water.
The bottle enters into the filling part of 3-in-1 machine through screw by convey chain. The filling valve acted by the cam can realize up and down. The filling valve opens and begins filling when it moves down and touches the bottleneck, the filling valve move up and leave the bottleneck when it finishes filling, the full bottle is transferred to the capping part through hold neck transition poking wheel. The guard plate holds bottle upright not rotating. The screw capping head keeps in revolution and autorotation. It can finish a whole capping course including catching, pressing, screwing, discharging through the action of the cam. The full bottle is transferred to bottle outlet conveyor to the next process through poking wheel.
Input bottle part
Screw bottle feeding, the suitable bottle is 250ml-2000ml.
Rotary rinser: applicable for wine, beverage and water cleaning.
The new bottle is transported through the separation screw and starwheel by the clamp and turn over device; bottle neck is held up words, after aseptic water rinsing, the bottle neck goes up and transported to another process.
The rinsing contact part and out cover adopts the stainless steel material
Open design gear driving
The bottle in place is equipped with pneumatic part, controlling the bottle, avoiding the falling down bottle come to the main machine
Water pipe of rinser is equipped with pressure gauge and pressure maintaining valve
Manually adjust the elevation for different height bottle
Water collecting tray: recycle the rinsing water
Rising volume for each bottle: 500ml, 90ml/s; 1.5l, 150ml/s (0.25MPa)
If no bottle or stop, rinsing stops; while it comes to bottle, it runs again.
Conveyor wheel part
The material is super-corrosion stainless steel, the wheel has block bottle protect device.

Aluminum cap capper is composed by gear device , capping device , anti rotate pole and elevated device .The drive is passed through transfer gear to the capper gear , and the elevated pole pass it to the capper.
The up and down movement is done by capping cam .The capping cam stays still, it rotates with the main equipment, and it rotates under the gear ring. Two screw roller and two ant burglary ring roller complete the capping under the capping self rotation. The cam is fixed on the top board .So the cam stands still, when it rotates, the roller on the sleeve rolls along the cam curve while the sleeve moves up and down.
When main shaft and gear rotate under the capping head, while two screw rollers and anti burglary roller complete capping under self rotation. If there is no cap, the safety piston will stop roller mesh. Adjust the nut can adjust the pressure.
