Cap loader
General Descriptions
Cap elevator is the auxiliary machine for barrel line whose function is to transfer caps from hopper to cap unscrambler. It has cap miss inspection device to ensure stable transfer and reduce damage to caps.
   Avoid secondary pollution by stainless steel structure and organic glass blanking plate.
   The angle of frame supports are adjustable for different situation.

Heat Shrinker and Steam Generator
Heat shrinker is composed of water container and electrical heating. Electrical heating produces hot steam. Barrels with full water after light inspecting are sleeved with plastic labels, then they enter steam paths to make plastic labels molding.
