1, Working procedure
Bottles are sent into rinser by the bottle star wheel through variable pitch screw, nylon bottle clipper clamps bottlenecks along a rail to turn 180 ° to make bottle mouth down. In the specific area of rinser, bottle inner wall of is washed by water from nozzle. After being washed and dried, bottle is held by clipper and goes down along the rail to overturn 180 ° again. Rinsed and drained bottle is transfered to the filling machine through the star wheel and will be kept by the bell-shaped cover, made to go up and sealed with filling valve by the bottle propping cylinder. During up-going process, whether there is bottle will be automatically detected, and then the valve opens to start filling process if with bottles after equal pressure is made. When the liquid level reaches back-pipe height, it will automatically stop filling. The filling valve will shut off after filling, and then exhaust to finish the entire filling process, propping cylinder under the action of the cam going down to make full bottle leave the filling valve, the bottle then goes to capping machine through the star wheel transition. Capping heads rotate and keep moving. Capping heads go down with the cam, making the bottle pressing cap tightly, and then capping finishes before bottle is transferred by the star wheel to bottle-out conveyor until the next process.
