1. Working procedure
Empty bottle is sent by bottle-in conveyor to the filling machine through variable pitch screw and bottle-in feeding star wheel of the workbench, and positioned at bottle support on the elevation cylinder of the filling machine. Bottle support lifts the bottle, making it sealed with filling valve. In the lifting process, bottle vacuum device is trigered. If necessary, bottle is conducted with first and/or second vacuum operation. Bottle signal started, control cylinder begins gas injection and turning knob for isobaric environment establishment and filling of beer, and fragments are automatically flushed when there are explosive bottles; after a certain time of filling, filling automatically stops and then valve closes for exhaust. If there is no bottle, the corresponding valve is kept closed. After filling, bottle tray is down, filled bottle is carried to the capping machine for capping through star wheel of the work bench. Plunger gland under the action of the cam performs cap taking, cap pressing spring unloading and lifting, and the capped bottle is transferred to the conveyor belt by star wheel.
2. The technical characteristics
