Rotary Automatic Pet Blow Molding Machine for Beverage Bottles
1, General Introduction
Digesting and absorbing advanced foreign technology, the automatic rotary blowing molding machine of Sunswell is specially researched and developed aims at catering to the high speed and high output trend of blowing machine. The machine is used for producing PET bottle (water, carbonated soft drink, hot filling drink), with reasonable structure, compact floor space, low energy cost and stable operation. The rotary blowing machine is accord with national food hygienic standards, proved to be the preferable machine for different manufacturers.
2, Main Characteristics
1) The operation order is manipulated on HD TFT touch screen with different interface languages, orders are shown by means of integrating pictures and texts on the screen with multilevel menu options. Capacity, counting, parameter setting options are all displayed on different level menus of the screen, easy for operation with the human - computer interface.
2) Specially designed secondary blowing system. The changing curve of pressure in each mold during the formation of bottle can be monitored in time, providing timely parameter for corresponding adjustment. As a result, operator of the machine can adjust the parameter setting conveniently and insure the quality of bottle.
3) 9 lines infrared heating control system is used in the heating oven. Temperature of heating tube can be adjusted according to the technical requirement in pre - heat and adjusting area respectively, with real time inspection system equipped. Therefore, accuracy and stability of the working efficiency can be achieved.
4) Technical parameters like heating temperature and blowing time can be adjusted accordingly in line with different preforms and bottle sizes. The production can be continued directly only with pressing the button to launch the pre-setting parameter when changing the preform and bottle.
5) Automatic preform unscrambler is provided.

Main configuration (components) is global brand products, so as to ensure the advancement and stability of the machine.
1) The machine is made of aluminium alloy, mild steel, stainless steel and alloy steel.
2) The bearing is procured from China's superior supplier, imported bearing (producer: Japanese and German). Oil - less bearing with self-lubricating grease, IGUS self - lubricating bearing.
3) High pressure valve is procured from NORGREN, EUGEN SEITZ (Swiss), SMC (Japan) etc.
4) High pressure exhaust muffler is procured from the USA, Germany etc.
5) Pneumatic system is procured from FESTO (Germany), SMC (Japan), NORGREN etc.
6) Touch screen is procured from Schneider (Germany) etc.
7) Electrical apparatus control system (PLC) is procured from MITSUBISHI (Japan), SIEMENS (Germany), Schneider etc.

Product Working Process:
1. Preform feed-in and unscrambling
It adopts the matured worldwide-standardized way of preform feed-in and unscrambling, in which preforms go through preform elevator and are transmitted to preform unscrambler. Inside the preform unscrambler, preforms are automatically sorted and delivered by two inclined revolving cylinders with same speed, and the remaining ones will be picked by star wheel and sent back to preform hopper. The whole process of preform unscrambling is fully automatic and has high efficiency without preform scratches.
2. Heater

Blowing unit
Special manipulator delivers heated preforms to moulds along certain cam curve. After stretch pre-blow, the preform will be blown to bottles by connecting high pressure compressed air. Special manipulator sends the finished bottle out along certain cam curve.
